Welcome to the Green Snapper.. on the ground floor of the delightful South Gap Hotel. We are right on the waterfront and offer a fantastic view of the blue Caribbean Sea.

Green Snapper is run by Pia and Michele...
Pia has thirty years experience from the restaurant business and ensures the quality - but the restaurant would not be the cool chill out heaven that it is without our fantastic staff - hand picked for their personalities and dedication to service.

Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner all days exept mondays when we're closed for dinner. The restaurant offers a relaxed and charming experience.

You can either dine in the main restaurant...

The bar is fully stocked and our bartenders Jevon and Jordan are always ready to help you with any drink of your fancy. The bar is open from 7.30 am to 10 pm (later hours are up to you....) At sunset we start serving dinner - by candlelight of course.

In the daytime you can have a sandwich or a more substantial meal, relax by the pool, surf the wireless internet or just lean back and enjoy the sound of the ocean with a refreshing beverage close at hand. We believe in excellent quality at a modest price.
